RED BULL

BRAND STRATEGY

VIENNA

2026

I defined how Red Bull could expand into travel as a high-performance brand experience—turning a new “occasion” into a credible, scalable extension of its core DNA.

SUMMARY

I led the strategic development of travel as a new brand “occasion” for Red Bull, using cultural insight and behavioural psychology to expand the brand into a new space without diluting its core identity.

CHALLENGE

The challenge was to define a strategy for introducing travel as a credible Red Bull brand pillar—one that could engage a new generation of consumers while evolving the brand and future-proofing its relevance.

SOLUTION

I anchored the strategy in behavioural psychology—specifically status-seeking through exclusive access—combined with cultural insight into the rise of experience-led lifestyles. Supporting data highlighted growing demand for premium, connected travel among affluent audiences.

I translated this into a clear strategic direction by linking Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Mobile into a unified travel ecosystem, centred around bespoke F1 experiences. This created a seamless connection between high-speed performance and global connectivity.

By grounding travel in Red Bull’s core DNA, I helped establish a scalable new occasion—unlocking new touchpoints, strengthening partner integration, and extending the brand into a future-facing lifestyle space.
